General Information and Market Research
The information contained within our publications, research, services and digital content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Our content is not personalised financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice.
Nothing published or provided by Goldview Global should be regarded as a personal recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold or enter into any particular investment, security, derivative, commodity, currency or financial transaction.
Our publications do not take into account your personal financial circumstances, investment objectives, knowledge, experience or appetite for risk.
You remain responsible for your own independent decisions.
Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified and authorised professional before making financial, investment or trading decisions.
Market Risk
Financial and commodity markets can be volatile and involve risk.
The value of investments and financial instruments can rise as well as fall, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Any market analysis, forecasts, opinions, observations or projections contained within our publications may prove to be incorrect.
There is no assurance that any person or organisation using information provided by Goldview Global will achieve favourable results.
We make no promise, warranty or guarantee regarding future market movements, investment performance, profits or financial outcomes.
You should understand the risks associated with any financial activity before making a decision.
Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care when preparing our publications, research and digital content.
However, financial and market information can change rapidly and information may become outdated following publication.
Our content may also incorporate information obtained from third-party sources which we believe to be reliable, but we cannot guarantee that all such information will always be complete, accurate or current.
Goldview Global does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided.
Where we become aware of a material error, we may correct, update or withdraw the relevant content.
The content of this website and our publications may be changed or updated without prior notice.
Opinions, Forecasts and Commentary
Our publications may contain opinions, interpretations, forecasts, estimates, technical analysis or forward-looking statements.
These represent an assessment at the time they are produced and may change as market conditions or information change.
Different analysts may reasonably reach different conclusions from the same information.
Opinions, forecasts and market commentary should not be treated as statements of fact or guarantees of future performance.
Our Contract With You
When you submit an order or subscription request, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product or service from us.
Our acceptance of your order will normally take place when we:
- confirm your purchase or subscription by email;
- successfully receive payment; or
- provide access to the relevant digital content,
whichever is applicable.
At that point, a contract will come into existence between you and Goldview Global Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, misuse of our services, an obvious pricing error or circumstances preventing us from providing the relevant product.
If we cancel a paid order before supplying the relevant product or service, we will refund any amount that you are legally entitled to receive.
Providing Digital Content and Services
Our products and publications are primarily supplied digitally.
Access may be provided through:
- Secure website areas
- Subscriber accounts
- Download links
- Online publications
- Third-party digital platforms
- Other electronic delivery methods
Access will normally be provided following successful payment unless another delivery date or arrangement has been stated.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate internet access, software and equipment required to view or access our digital content.
Where we use a third-party platform to deliver content, you may also be subject to the terms and technical requirements of that platform.
Subscriber Accounts and Access
Where access requires login credentials, links, usernames, passwords or other account information, these are intended for use by the authorised subscriber only.
You must take reasonable steps to keep your account and login information secure.
Unless your subscription expressly permits multiple users, you must not:
- Share your account credentials with another person
- Permit unauthorised access to your subscription
- Share subscriber-only publications with unauthorised users
- Circumvent restrictions designed to limit access to paid content
If you require access for multiple individuals or an organisation, please contact us regarding suitable arrangements.
Subscriptions
Some Goldview Global content may be provided through a paid subscription.
Before purchasing a subscription, you will be provided with information relating to the subscription, which may include:
- The subscription price
- Billing frequency
- The content included
- The subscription period
- Whether it renews automatically
- How future renewals may be cancelled
Where a subscription renews automatically, this will be made clear before you purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, cancelling an automatically renewing subscription will prevent future renewals but will not normally terminate a subscription period that you have already paid for.
You may continue to access the relevant content until the end of your current paid subscription period.
You may request cancellation of future renewals through any account facility we provide or by contacting:
Any additional terms displayed when you subscribe will form part of your agreement with us.
Price and Payment
The price payable for a product or subscription will be the price displayed or communicated to you before you complete your order.
Where a subscription involves recurring payments, the amount and billing frequency will be shown before you subscribe.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available by us.
We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.
Where a third-party payment provider processes your payment, its own terms and privacy arrangements may also apply.
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be received before access to paid digital content is provided.
Changes to Prices
We may change the prices of our products or subscriptions from time to time.
A price change will not retrospectively affect a subscription period or product that you have already paid for.
Where a change affects a future subscription renewal, we will provide notice where reasonably necessary or legally required.
If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you may cancel future renewals before the new price takes effect.
Cancellation Rights
If you purchase from us as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
The applicable rights may depend on whether what you purchase is legally classified as digital content, a service or a combination of the two.
Digital Content
Where you purchase digital content and request immediate access before the expiry of the normal 14-day cancellation period, we may ask you to:
- expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
- acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
Where required by law, this consent and acknowledgement will be obtained during the purchasing process.
If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.
Services
Where your purchase includes a service, different cancellation rules may apply.
If you expressly request that a service begins during a statutory cancellation period and subsequently cancel, you may in some circumstances be required to pay for the portion of the service that has already been provided.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To exercise a cancellation right, please contact:
and provide sufficient information for us to identify your purchase or subscription.
Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where applicable, digital content must meet legal requirements relating to matters including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with its description.
If digital content fails to meet applicable statutory standards, you may have legal remedies available to you.
Where immediate digital content has been supplied after valid consent and acknowledgement of the loss of your cancellation right, a simple change of mind will not necessarily entitle you to a refund.

- Distribute the digital content or services on either a permanent or temporary basis to others;
- Distribute any Goldview Global publications, research, market analysis, charts or subscriber-only content on either a permanent or temporary basis to others.
It is agreed that the violation by you of any of the prohibitions described above shall be a material breach by you of this licence agreement, and any attempt to sell, sublicense, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations under this agreement, except as expressly provided herein, is void.
Distribution and Use of Content
Except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law, distribution, republication or retransmission of our paid or subscriber-only content in any form or by any medium is prohibited.
Purchasing or subscribing to Goldview Global content gives you a limited right to access and use the content in accordance with these Terms.
It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.
You must not present Goldview Global research, commentary, charts or publications as your own work.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or another liability which the law does not permit us to exclude.
Goldview Global does not guarantee any particular financial, investment or trading outcome resulting from the use of our publications, analysis or market commentary.
You remain responsible for financial, investment and commercial decisions that you make independently using general informational content provided by us.
If you use our products wholly or mainly for business purposes, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses to the extent permitted by law.
If you are a consumer, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.
